Creating national infrastructure for a corporate employee movement
What started as a loosely connected group of Sikh professionals became a national ERG-style initiative with monthly programming, governance systems, and cross-office collaboration. I was brought in to lead national operations, design internal structure, and establish workflows across cities. My focus was on building a foundation that could grow with integrity and support local chapters while maintaining strategic alignment.
